Why does a rug smell after washing?+
Because it did not dry fast enough, or was not rinsed thoroughly. Moisture lingering beyond 48 hours lets bacteria multiply. The fix is a full re-rinse, centrifuge extraction and ventilated drying.
Can a rug shrink?+
Wool shrinks in hot water. That is why wool and Berber rugs are washed cold with a neutral detergent and dried flat, which holds the original dimensions.
Are your products safe for children and pets?+
Yes: biodegradable, pH-controlled products. Once the rug is fully dry there is no active residue left.
Do you clean mattresses?+
Yes, on site, with dust-mite treatment, from 150 to 300 MAD depending on size.
